Becca is a Leadership and Business Coach who helps leaders and managers create clarity, alignment, and momentum inside their teams.
Today, through her program The Aligned Leader, Becca helps clients strengthen who they are as leaders, develop practical leadership skills, create clear team structures, and build cultures where teams perform at a high level. Her clients learn how to get their time back by delegating effectively, communicating clearly, and making confident decisions that move their business forward.
Becca started her career on the frontlines and worked her way up through management to founding and running her own business. Along the way, she discovered that the biggest driver of success isn’t just strategy, it’s the way leaders communicate, align, and build trust with their teams.
